CATION EXCHANGED ZEOLITE, AND PREPARATION METHOD OF MONO-IODO BENZENE THROUGH TRANSIODINATION USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A cation exchanged zeolite catalyst, and a manufacturing method of mono-iodobenzene through transiodination using the same are provided to relive deactivation and to improve selectivity of mono- iodobenzene during transiodination. CONSTITUTION: A cation exchanged zeolite catalyst is used in manufacturing of mono-iodobenzene through transiodination from a reactant including multi - iodide benzene and benzene. A molar ratio of Si/Al is 5 ~ 100. The ion exchange amount of 2 ~ 50% is ion-exchanged to alkali or alkaline earth metal. The cation exchanged zeolite catalyst is ion-exhcnaged to sodium with the ion exchange amount of 20 ~ 50%. The zeolie catalyst is manufactured by cation ion-exchange of Y, BEA and ZSM-5 zeolite.
