PURPOSE: A hybrid graphic display power management device, a method thereof, a system thereof, and a computer-readable medium are provided to manage power of a hybrid graphic display. CONSTITUTION: A display switching logic(115) drives a display device. The display switching logic comprises an LFB(Local Frame Buffer)(212) and a controller(210). The LFB stores data corresponding to one or more image frames of a video stream. The controller determines whether to drive the display device based on data stored in the LFB or a video stream from a graphic controller.
