PURPOSE: A device for measuring temperature is provided to accurately and stably measure temperature and to occupy a small area in a digital CMOS process. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring temperature comprises an IPTAT generating unit(100), a voltage output unit(200), and an analog/digital converter(300). The IPTAT generating unit generates IPTAT. The voltage output unit generates an analog temperature voltage and has a first bipolar transistor, a second bipolar transistor, a first resistance, and an operational amplifier. The analog/digital converter converts the analog temperature voltage into a digital temperature voltage.
