PURPOSE: A plate-type heat exchanger with a multi-path is provided to simplify the design of intake and discharge pipes for heating fluid and heated fluid and to reduce production cost by decreasing the pipe length. CONSTITUTION: A plate-type heat exchanger with a multi-path comprises a heat exchanger(10), a heating fluid connecting plate(20), and a heated fluid connecting plate(30). The heat exchanger comprises a heating fluid inlet(11), a heating fluid outlet(12), a heated fluid inlet(13), and a heated fluid outlet(14). In the heat exchanger, heating fluid and heated fluid cross and thus exchange heat. The heating fluid connecting plate makes tight contact with the front of the heat exchanger and comprises a heating fluid intake path(21) and a heating fluid discharge path(22) which are respectively corresponded to the heating fluid inlet and the heating fluid outlet of the heat exchanger.
