PURPOSE: A lens, light emitting device and a method of manufacturing the light emitting device are provided to prevent the separation of a bottom lead from a substrate through a cut induction groove. CONSTITUTION: A light-emitting device comprises a substrate(210), a lid(270), a light emitting diode(220), and a bottom lead(260). The substrate has a first surface and a second surface. The lid is formed on the first surface of the substrate. The light emitting diode is electrically connected to the lid. The bottom lead is formed in the second side of the substrate. The bottom lead is electrically connected to the lid through a via. The bottom lead has a plurality of cut induction grooves.
