摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce burden share of a power generator while reducing a wasted operation of an auxiliary heating apparatus, in a cogeneration system having the auxiliary heating apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: An operation controller 50 includes: a really residual hot-water quantity-deriving means (a step 106) for deriving a real residual hot water in a hot-water reservoir; an offset residual hot-water quantity-deriving means (the step 108) for deriving the offset residual hot-water quantity in the hot-water reservoir, by subtracting the offset quantity from the really-residual hot-water quantity in the hot-water reservoir derived by the really-residual hot-water quantity-deriving means; and an operation-schedule deriving means (the step 110) for deriving an operation schedule comprising a power generation-stopping period of time during which an operation in a power generator is stopped, and a power generation-operating period of time during which a continuous operation is performed in the power generator in accordance with the power consumption of a load, based on the consumption pattern of a power quantity consumed in the load, the consumption pattern of the hot water consumed in a hot-water utilizing instrument, and the offset residual hot-water quantity derived by the offset residual hot-water quantity-deriving means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
