<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a lightweight aerated concrete panel reducing the amount of aluminum powder for expanding the volume of raw material slurry. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the lightweight aerated concrete panel 1 in which raw material slurry constituted by mixing a silicic acid material, a lime material, water, and the aluminum powder is cast into the mold 10, thereafter shaking in which the mold 10 is shaken in a horizontal direction is carried out for part or all of the period when the raw material slurry is foamed in the mold 10, the raw material slurry containing a predetermined amount of the aluminum power is used, the shaking is carried out such that the difference of the density of the lightweight aerated concrete panel 1 when manufactured using the aluminum quantity reduced raw material slurry 2 constituted by reducing only the aluminum powder from a predetermined quantity by 3 to 12 mass% is within the range of ±1% relative to the density of the lightweight aerated concrete panel when manufactured while keeping the mold stationary in the period when the raw material slurry is foamed in the mold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
