<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method, a measuring device and a measuring apparatus for a creatinine concentration capable of quantify creatinine contained in a sample with high accuracy and favorable reproducibility. <P>SOLUTION: This creatinine concentration measurement method includes (A) a process, foe mixing a creatinine assay reagent containing a metal complex of at least one of hexacyanoferrate or hexacyanolutinate with a sample containing creatinine to resolve the metal complex with the creatinine under conditions that no enzymes or picric acids that act on creatinine are present, (B) a process of measuring electrochemically or optically the amount of a metal complex resolved in the process A, and (C) a process of obtaining the concentration of the creatinine contained in the sample from the amount of the resolved metal complex measured in the process B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
