<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive transcription sheet with which transcribed images suppressed in line thickening are obtained without breakage of a base material such as a food. <P>SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive transcription sheet includes a base material and an edible pigment composition layer formed on the base material.
