<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle heating device having reduced weight and capacity for developing heating effects immediately when starting an engine 1 while actualizing high heat storage density. <P>SOLUTION: The on-vehicle heating device includes the engine 1, a radiator 2, a heater core 6, and a heat storage material 5 installed downstream of the radiator 2 on the side of gas or installed integrally with the radiator 2 for generating heat in reaction with water vapor. During steady operation, cooling water circulated between the engine 1 and the radiator 2 is used as a heat source to store heat. At starting the engine 1, air is introduced into the heat storage material 5 to generate heat and the cooling water after heat exchanged with the heat storage material 5 generating the heat is circulated into the heater core 6 for heating operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
