<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adapter capable of preventing an electrolytic liquid from scattering from a liquid inlet to the outside while storage batteries are respectively conveyed to a battery case formation process or an initial charging process after filling up the liquid in a manufacturing method of a sealed storage battery, and a manufacturing method of a sealed storage battery capable of lessening loss in quantity of the electrolytic liquid in the battery accompanied by mist suction performed in the battery case formation process or the initial charging process by using the adapter. <P>SOLUTION: The adapter 10 used for the manufacturing method of a sealed storage battery, in which a splash-proof reflux mechanism 11 is arranged at a lower part of a cylindrical body suitable for mounting on an exhaust pipe B arranged at an upper face of a lid A of the storage battery and a receiving space 12 for mounting a mist guide and hose connecting cylindrical body 1 is formed at the upper part of the mechanism 11 and a notch 13 is arranged at a lower end of the cylindrical body, is used by mounting on the exhaust pipe, for example, when conveying the storage battery after filling up the electrolytic liquid in the storage battery, and furthermore, for example, when performing mist suction conducted in the chemical conversion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
