<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition comprising a soft transparent cross copolymer suitable for a novel sealing material excellent in transparency, softness, light resistance and reliability and easily recycled, and a specific light resistant agent, as a sealing material for next generation solar cells. <P>SOLUTION: A sealing material using the composition comprising the cross copolymer obtained by a particular production method and a specific light resistant agent, and a production method comprising a coordination polymerization process and an anionic polymerization process succeeding thereto are provided.
