PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment for suitably adjusting a buffer size of a retransmission buffer allocated to each of a plurality of communication equipment. SOLUTION: A base station device 1 related with the communication equipment has a buffer control unit 10 which has a function of transmitting data while performing retransmission control depending on a response from a plurality of terminal devices 2 and sets individual buffers 8b1 for accumulating data transmitted to the plurality of terminal devices 2, for each of the plurality of terminal devices 2. The buffer control unit 10 dynamically adjusts a buffer size of a retransmission buffer to be allocated to each of the plurality of terminal devices 2 on the basis of traffic priority obtained from a QoS parameter requested in the data transmission.
