PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation reinforcing structure capable of efficiently preventing the generation of a structural crack in a foundation. SOLUTION: The foundation reinforcing structure is constituted by sticking a horizontal fiber sheet 3a whose longitudinal direction is the horizontal direction with respect to a side face 2b of a continuous footing 2 and sticking a vertical fiber sheet 3b whose longitudinal direction is the vertical direction with respect to corners of the continuous footing 2 and the side face 2b or the like of the continuous footing 2 immediately below a column 5 at an interval therebetween by overlapping it on the horizontal fiber sheet 3a.
