<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find a text body not only including a retrieving keyword but also in conformity with a retrieval condition. Ž<P>SOLUTION: It is detected whether or not the retrieving keyword exists for each of a plurality of text bodies in accordance with each of a plurality of received retrieving keywords. A number of types for retrieving keywords in each of the plurality of text bodies are calculated based on whether or not the retrieving keyword exits. The text bodies, which have as many types for as retrieving keywords, are grouped (step 52) and the text bodies included within the same group are rearranged in accordance with a priority sequence for the text bodies based on a priority (a flag for coverage) for the retrieving keyword included in each text body (steps 56, 57). A ranking is arranged for each of the plurality of text bodies to be processed after the group is rearranged in the descending order of the number of retrieving keyword types and the text bodies are rearranged in a group in a sequence based on the above rearrangement within the group (steps 58, 59).
