PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device in which a photoelectric conversion element having sensitivity in a visible light region and a photoelectric conversion element having sensitivity in an infrared region are mixedly mounted. SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device is manufactured by a method including a first step of forming a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements B, C on one surface of a semiconductor substrate 2; a second step of forming a color filter 10 for shielding lights of at least some wavelength regions in the visible light region so as to cover a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements B; a third step of bonding a supporting base 16 to one surface side of the semiconductor substrate 2; and a fourth step of forming an infrared cut filter 18 for shielding light of an infrared region on the supporting base 16 so as to cover the photoelectric conversion element B but not to cover the photoelectric conversion element C.
