PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric brake control system for an aircraft preventing braking on either left or right wheel from becoming impossible. SOLUTION: In this electric brake control system for an aircraft, left and right electric brake devices 101, 201 put brake on left and right wheels independently. A first brake system control unit 120 calculates a braking force command value to the left electric brake device 101 in accordance with an operation amount detecting signal of a left first stroke sensor 111, and calculates a braking force command value to the right electric brake device 201 in accordance with an operation amount detecting signal of a right first stroke sensor 211. Moreover, a second brake system control unit 220 calculates a braking force command value to the left electric brake device 101 in accordance with an operation amount detecting signal of a left second stroke sensor 112, and calculates a braking force command value to the right electric brake device 201 in accordance with an operation amount detecting signal of a right second stroke sensor 212.
