VOLTAGE DETECTOR AND SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A voltage detecting circuit and a semiconductor device for using the same are provided to prevent the malfunction due to the offset voltage by keeping the precision which irrespective senses the input voltage with the offset voltage of a comparison unit. CONSTITUTION: A first comparison unit(320) compares the input voltage based on the first regular voltage in a first comparison mode. The first comparison unit compares the input voltage based on the second ground level voltage in a second comparison mode. A second comparison unit(330) compares the input voltage based on the second ground level voltage in the first comparison mode. The second comparison unit compares the input voltage based on the first regular voltage in the second comparison mode. A first selecting unit(310) selectively provides the first and the second ground level voltage to the first and the second comparison unit. A determining unit(350) decides identity between the return value set with the comparison result.
