PURPOSE: A high speed drying paint composition for marking a road line, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to rapidly dry the composition when paving a road without containing environmentally harmful components. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a high speed drying paint composition for marking a road line comprises the following: producing a resin solution by dissolving a solid phase acrylic resin to an acrylic monomer; forming a mixture by additionally inserting the acrylic monomer to the resin solution; forming a base unit by mixing the mixture with a tertiary amine-based promoter; forming a hardener unit by mixing the mixture with a peroxide hardener; and mixing the base unit with the hardener unit.
