PURPOSE: A control signal processing device and a method thereof are provided to improve the processing speed of a frequency synthesizer. CONSTITUTION: A decimal data transforming part(20) changes the frequency data of the controller of a frequency synthesizer into decimal data. A calculation data generating part(30) generates decimal data to a plurality of calculation data which are classified according to a digit. A comparison frequency division rate determining part(40) determines the comparison frequency division ratio by sequentially calculating decimal data and calculation data according to a digit. A frequency synthesizing data generating part(50) generates frequency synthesis data by combining a determined comparison frequency division ratio and a reference frequency division ratio. |
