PURPOSE: A method for managing a transportation card payment virtual account for a foreign customer is provided to supply a payment account connected with a check card based on a passport number of a foreign traveler, thereby enabling the foreign traveler to easily refer to the use history of the check card with only the passport number. CONSTITUTION: A payment account opening server(100) comprises the following units. An information receiver(115) receives fixed virtual account opening information with connection with an interface unit(105). An information generator(120) generates fixed virtual account ledger information corresponding to a payment account to be opened to a customer based on the received virtual account opening information. An information storage unit(125) stores the generated virtual account ledger information. |
