PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing liquor using agaric mushroom containing a large amount of sulfur ingredient is provided to take in useful ingredient to a human body. CONSTITUTION: A method for making liquor using agaric mushroom with high sulfur content comprises: a step of adding 0.5-5 weight parts of sulfur, 0.2-0.4 weight parts of stevia concentrate liquid, and 250-350 weight parts of water to obtain a wet medium; a step of filling 60-70 volume% of wet medium in a culture bottle and sterilizing at 100°C for 5-7 hours; a step of cooling the culture bottle by room temperature and inoculating agaric mushroom to the wet medium; a step of culturing at 20-25°C for 20-25 days; a step of raising at 15-18°C for 5-10 days; a step of mixing 100-150 weight parts of soju having a degree of 25-35% in 100 weight parts of cultivated agaric mushroom; a step of maturing at room temperature for 90-110 days; and a step of filtering matured mixture. |
