PURPOSE: A thermo-responsive micelle, a manufacturing method thereof, a harmful material processing method using the thermo-responsive micelle are provided to effectively collect harmful chemical materials by selectively progressing collecting and releasing the harmful materials. CONSTITUTION: A thermo-responsive micelle comprises a core region and a cell region. The core region is composed of a hydrophobic polymer. A cell region is composed of an amphiphilic polymer. The amphiphilic polymer has hydrophilic property at a critical solution temperature or greater and has hydrophobicity at a critical solution temperature or less. When the amphiphilic polymer has the hydrophilic property, a collection area is formed between the core region and the cell region.
