PURPOSE: A cradle for a portable terminal is provided to prevent the malfunction of a display unit in a portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: A second hinge unit coupled to a first hinge unit is formed at one side of a flip member(20) through protrusion. The one side of the flip member opens and closes the upper plane of the portable terminal through the rotation with respect to a body member. A rotary member(30) has one end mounted at the first hinge unit, and the other end of the rotary member is mounted at the second hinge unit. The rotary member connects the flip member to the body member and allows the rotation of the flip member.
