PURPOSE: A post-sulfonated copolymer, a manufacturing method thereof, and a use thereof are provided to easily produce the copolymer in a solution or a melted state, and to secure the mechanical property of the copolymer. CONSTITUTION: A post-sulfonated copolymer including a perfluorocyclic butane group is marked with chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R is an inert organic compound or an aromatic compound containing more than one benzene ring. R` is an aromatic compound with the high sulfonation activity including more than one benzene ring. R1 is either an alkyl group with the carbon number of 1~25, or an aryl group. R2 is either an alkylene group with the carbon number of 1~25, or an arylene group.
