MARKER FOR ATOIC DERMATITIS

PURPOSE: A marker for used in treating and/or diagnosing atopic dermatitis is provided to screen drug for treating atopic dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: A marker for diagnosing atopic dermatitis contains a gene which is specific to atopic dermatitis or a protein encoded by the gene. The marker for diagnosing atopic dermatitis is a SFN gene(NCBI NO.: BC000329), PTPRC gene(NCBI No.: Y00062), or protein encoded by the genes. A biochip for diagnosing atopic dermatitis comprises cDNA to mRNA from the gene; an oligonucleotide probe having complementary sequence with the 5-500 nucleotide sequence; an oligonucleotide probe for detecting the protein encoded by the gene of sequence number 1; and an antibody for detecting protein encoded by the gene.
