PURPOSE: An LED package is provided to implement various colors with LED chips to emit blue light and UV by arranging a fluorescent plate with various fluorescent substances on the upper side of the LED chip. CONSTITUTION: A fluorescent plate(37) comprises a plurality of regions and is separated from an LED chip(34). At least one fluorescent substance is includes in a plurality of regions. The LED chips emit UV or visible rays. The plurality of regions includes at least one non-fluorescent region and one fluorescent region.
