PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing health supplementary food is provided to minimize inconvenience to eat the health supplementary food containing Carthami semen of which specific flavor is restricted and beneficial components are preserved. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing health supplementary food comprises the following steps: powdering Carthami semen for 5 ~ 15 minutes at a temperature of 70 ~ 90°C after drying the Carthami semen in the shade; powdering garlic after roasting; powdering the dried black soybeans; heating the grass dogwood shell 1Kg and water 20l for 3 ~5 hours; kneading the Carthami semen powder, garlic powder, black soybean powder and salt of 80 ~ 120 parts by weight respectively; and drying dough after molding the dough in a ball shape for 9 ~ 10 hours.
