PURPOSE: A feeding device and a key-pad puncher thereof is provided to stably transfer a fabric by lifting a upper one of a pair of drums through an inverse lever method. CONSTITUTION: A main feeding drum member(120) is formed in a frame(110) is rotatable. The main feeding drum member transfers a fabric material while supporting the lower part of the fabric. A hinge arm(130) is connected to both sides of the frame and is rotatable. Both sides of a sub feeding drum member(140) are connected to the hinge arm and are rotatable. The sub feeding drum member is close to an upper of the fabric material. A operating unit(150) perpendicularly transfers the sub feeding drum member through operation of the hinge arm.
