<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane resin having low viscosity enabling sufficient mixing, showing small change in hardness under high temperature conditions after hardened, causing no melting of the resin, thereby sufficiently adhering to a substrate over a long time and maintaining heat radiating property and heat resistance over a long time. <P>SOLUTION: The polyurethane resin composition includes (A) a castor oil-based polyol, (B) at least one hydrogenated polyol selected from a hydrogenated polybutadiene polyol and a hydrogenated castor oil-based polyol, (C) a polyisocyanate, (D) an inorganic filler, (E) a phosphoric ester of formula (1), and (F) a plasticizer.
