PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced molded article which is excellent in adhesiveness between reinforcing fibers and a polypropylene-based resin as a matrix resin and excellent also in mechanical properties. SOLUTION: The fiber-reinforced molded article is a fiber-reinforced molded article comprising the following components (A) to (C), wherein the component (A) is coated with the component (C) and the coverage is 30-100%; (A) 1-50 wt.% of reinforcing fibers, (B) 30-98.99 wt.% of a first propylene-based resin, and (C) 0.01-20 wt.% of a second propylene-based resin containing at least a carboxylate bonded to a polymer chain, the propylene-based resin having at least the carboxylate in a total concentration of 0.05-5 millimol equiv. in terms of a group represented by the formula (I): -C(=O)-O- per 1 g of the resin.
