PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing equipment for a resin sheet, capable of forming a fine convex-concave pattern by an excellent transcription technique. SOLUTION: The manufacturing equipment 1 of a resin sheet comprises a manufacturing equipment for manufacturing a resin sheet 9 by passing a sheetlike resin material (resin sheet 9) extruded from an extruding die 3 under pressure through a space of at least a pair of pressing rollers 4, 5 wherein a convex-concave pattern is formed on the surface of one of the rollers 5 of the pair of pressing rollers 4, 5, a heating apparatus 10 for heating the pressing roller 5 on which the convex-concave pattern is formed is equipped near a front place where the sheetlike resin material (resin sheet 9) is pressed by the pair of the pressing rollers 4, 5, the heating apparatus 10 is equipped with a leading wire 11 substantially in parallel to a rotation axis O of the pressing roller 5 on which the convex-concave pattern is formed and an alternating current is charged to the leading wire 11.
