<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack which can avoid incomplete electrification of output terminals in such a way that a connector is disposed to be suitably bonded to a protection circuit substrate, and can secure an excellent appearance quality. Ž<P>SOLUTION: On the inner surface of the connector 35 facing a surface of a substrate body 30, partition walls 353A to 353C are provided enclosing external terminals, and each crown of the partition walls 353A to 353C faces the surface. Pouring grooves 353a and 353b are formed to retain an adhesive gl by capillarity, when the adhesive gl flows into at least a portion of the crowns of the partition walls 353A to 353C.
