PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device capable of preventing the lowering of riding comfort to be a problem on a bound side. SOLUTION: This suspension device 1 includes a carrier 3 for rotatably supporting wheels 2, connection means 6 and 7 for connecting the carrier 3 to a vehicle body B, and buffer means 5 and damping means 4 interposed between the carrier 3 or the connection means 7 and the vehicle body B. Lower sides of the buffer means 5 and the damping means 4 are connected to the vehicle body B side, the buffer means 5 is used for pulling, and a damping force in an elongation process of the damping means 4 is smaller than that in a contraction process.
