<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease flow monitoring device having a simple structure and reducing a burden on an adjusting work by a supervisor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The grease flow monitoring device includes a cylinder having a grease inlet at one end and a grease outlet at the other end. Inside of the cylinder includes: an annular spacer; a core comprising a disk-shaped part having diameter approximately equal to the inner diameter of the cylinder and a plurality of through holes in the circumferential direction and a projection positioned at the center of the disk-shaped part; a piston having diameter approximately equal to the inner diameter of the cylinder and a through hole which is located at the center and to which the projection of the core is inserted; and a coil spring for pressing the core and piston on the inlet side. A detection part for detecting the movement amount of the piston is provided outside the cylinder. When pressure on the inlet side is low, the piston pressed on the inlet side by the coil spring closes the through holes of the core so as to prevent flowing of grease. When the pressure on the inlet side becomes high, the core and piston are moved to the outlet side. After the tip of the projection of the core is made abut of the outlet side end part, only the piston is moved to the outlet side, so as to make the grease flow in the through holes of the core and piston.
