PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly secure water-tightness of a corporation cock and to make axial length of the corporation cock short. SOLUTION: The corporation cock 1A includes: a corporation cock body 10B formed with a hot-water side flow passage 12 penetrating to the axial direction, a water side flow passage 11 penetrating to the axial direction, and a lateral hole 14A communicated with the hot-water side flow passage 12 or the water side flow passage 11 and opened on an outer peripheral surface, and provided with a first opening part 15 formed at an opening part to the outer peripheral surface of the lateral hole 14A ; a cylindrical exterior member 20B formed with a first penetration hole 25 penetrating from the inner peripheral surface to the outer peripheral surface ; and a first branch connection member 30 formed with a first branch flow passage 35. The corporation cock body 10B is fitted in the exterior member 20B, and one end of the first branch connection member 30 is inserted into the first penetration hole 25 and is joined to the first opening part 15 so as to communicate the lateral hole 14A with the first branch flow passage 35.
