PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair treatment composition which enhances the feel of a smooth finger combing and softness and suppleness, controls the spread of hair tips due to external damages, gives the feel of the hair bundle after rinse and use, addresses the safety aspects associated with stimulation to the mucosa and continuous use, allows an excellent finger combing from the parietal region of the head to the tips of the hair and gives the feel of use free of stickiness. SOLUTION: The hair treatment composition includes (A) a branched polyglycerol-modified silicone expressed by formula (1), (B) a fluorine-modified silicone expressed by formula (2), and (C) a hydroxyether-type cationic surfactant.
