A nutrition enriched reconstituted rice and preparing method thereof. The method uses rice or broken rice as raw material and includes the steps of : obtaining the rice powder by allowing the rice or broken rice to subject to pre-sieving, static dusting, high pressure dusting, multi-stage pulverizing, sieving and granula recycling respectively in order; pre-mixing the rice powder, water and emulsifier, then mixing the pre-mixture with the rice powder, water, cellulose, heat stabilizer, nutrients and cross-linking agent at the certain temperature; filling the mixture into extruder, extruding it followed by cutting into granula, coating the granula with edible oil or fat film, then pre-drying, high temperature tower-drying, low temperature box-drying the granula in order, coating the dried granula with edible oil or fat film, and cooling the coated granula at constant temperature and humidity. |
