PURPOSE: A transfer system for a picker unit of a test handler is provided to improve position precision by a belt backlash and to minimize vibration generation. CONSTITUTION: A transfer system for a picker unit of a test handler comprises a ball screw, a rack gear(310), and a pinion gear(320). The ball screw is powered by a pulley connected to a driving motor and horizontally moves a picker. The rack gear and the pinion gear are powered by the driving motor and vertically move the picker.
