摘要

PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition for treating nervous system diseases containing proteasome inhibitor is provided to suppress degradation of myelin sheath and to use for treating neural disorders. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for treating nervous system diseases contains proteasome inhibitor. The proteasome inhibitor suppresses decomposition of myelin sheath and myelin protein P0. The proteasome inhibitor is MG132(Z-Leu-Leu-Leu-CHO), lactacystin, or epoxymycin.
