PURPOSE: A device and a method for adjusting the punching position of a punching mold are provided to rapidly install a mold by setting the punching position of the mold in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A device for adjusting the punching position of a punching mold comprises a plate fixing unit, a plate(1), and a punch holder(2). The plate fixing unit attaches the plate on the front surface(11) of a cam slider(10). The plate comprises an eccentric head and a position control unit for the plate. The fixed shaft of an eccentricity control pin is fixed to the cam slider. The position control unit minutely moves the position of the plate. The punch holder is installed in the front surface of the plate.
