PURPOSE: A mobile communications terminal, a system, and an operation method thereof are provided to reduce time required for the search of radio access technology information in a mobile communications terminal by providing radio access technology information for at least one network providing device to the mobile communications terminal. CONSTITUTION: A location information confirmation part(210) produces current location information. A server communications part(220) transmits a query reflecting the calculated location information to a service providing server. The server communications part receives at least one RAT(Radio Access Technology) information corresponding to the query. A network reconfiguration part(230) is connected to at least one network based on at least one RAT information.
