<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reception characteristics of a receiver in a transmission system in which a plurality of transmitters respectively apply OFDM modulation to information to be transmitted and wirelessly transmit an OFDM modulation signal by using different segments of the same channel. <P>SOLUTION: To entirely synchronize transmission timings of the plurality of transmitters, one or more transmitters 1 out of the plurality of transmitters include a receiving means (for example an OFDM demodulator 11) for receiving a predetermined signal from outside, and a transmission timing control means (for example, a timing pulse generator 12 and an OFDM modulator 13) for controlling transmission timing of an OFDM modulation signal corresponding to timing based on the signal received by the receiving means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
