<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane resin having low viscosity enabling sufficient mixing, showing small change in hardness under high temperature conditions after hardened, and externally radiating a large amount of heat generated; and to provide a polyurethane resin obtained by hardening the same. <P>SOLUTION: The polyurethane resin composition includes (A) a polyisocyanate, (B) a hydrogenated castor oil-based polyol, (C) an inorganic filler, and (D) a plasticizer.
