<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a customer using a fitting room has a complaint about the absence of a sales clerk when necessary, and even if a sales clerk desires to talk to the customer in the fitting room appropriately, the sales clerk cannot know timing that the customer desires for help from the outside of the fitting room, and to allow the sales clerk to talk to the customer at the desired timing. <P>SOLUTION: Data on inventory information corresponding to a commodity ID output by an RFID reader/writer 181 is obtained from an inventory file storing the commodity ID in association with the inventory information. Then, selection about whether to display inventory information on a commodity (clothing item 31) identified by the commodity ID output from the RFID reader/writer 181 is allowed, and when it is selected to display, the inventory information the data of which is obtained is displayed on a display unit (LCD 103), and notification operation is performed by a notification unit (light-emitting unit 192) installed outside the fitting room 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
