<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact self-ballasted lamp capable of cutting off power supply to a lamp body in the event of abnormal heat generation without increasing the size of a case. <P>SOLUTION: A base metal part 14 includes a composite plate 46 constituted by laminating a metal plate 42 and a first synthetic resin plate 44, and an eyelet part 50 fixed to the composite plate 46 on a first end side and slidably held by one end side of a cylindrical body part 40 via an insulating part 38 on a second end side. When the composite plate 46 is heated with heat abnormally generated from a lighting circuit during lighting, the second end of the eyelet part 50 goes toward the cylindrical body part 40 from the insulating part 38 in cooperation with bending of the composite plate 46 toward the side of a case part 12 due to a difference in thermal expansion between metal plate 42 and the first synthetic resin plate 44. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
