<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for a hybrid vehicle, allowing catering to both drive torque of the vehicle and cranking torque when transferring to an HEV mode from an EV mode. <P>SOLUTION: This controller for the hybrid vehicle is provided with an engine stop control means releasing a fastening element after an engine speed of an engine becomes a prescribed engine speed or below when stopping the engine when executing an engine use traveling mode to travel by use of torque of the engine and a motor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
