SHUNT-TYPE FLOWMETER AND FLOW CONTROLLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shunt-type flowmeter that can select an appropriate measuring range.

SOLUTION: The shunt-type flowmeter includes: a main flow path holder 10 wherein a main flow path 11 and a pair of shunt holes 4a and 4b communicating with the main flow path 11 are provided; a shunt path holder 30 wherein the shunt path 25 communicating with the main flow path 11 through the pair of shunt holes 4a and 4b are provided and that is attachable and detachable to/from the main flow path holder 10; a flow sensor 8 for detecting the flow rate of fluid flowing in the shunt path 25; a shunt rate setting member that is provided at the shunt path 25 to set a shunt ratio of the flow rate of the fluid detected by the flow sensor 8 and the shunt ratio of fluid flowing in the main flow path 11; and a calculation circuit 301 for calculating the flow rate of the fluid flowing in the main flow path 11 on the basis of the flow rate detected by the flow sensor 8 and the shunt ratio.
