<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for easily arranging a side ditch on the foundation ground without deviation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The remaining form formed of concrete having a ladder-like girder member 3 constituted to lift both right and left sidewalls 5 of the side ditch is arranged on the foundation ground, and ready-mixed concrete is placed from the inside and outside of the side ditch. Foundation concrete and a bottom slab of the side ditch, and foundation concrete and a side ditch body are thereby formed into firm integral structure.
