<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the assemblability of a tray and to ensure the rigidity of a floor panel. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A tray 17 is slid toward the front of a vehicle body while the front ends of a flange 29 on both side edges of the tray 17 are laid on the rear ends of both side edges, with respect to the vehicle width direction, of an opening 21 of the floor panel 11, thereby inserting two members 23 on the rear surface of the floor panel 11 into insertion holes 31a of tray support parts 31 provided on the rear surface of the flanges 29 of the tray 17 from the front of the vehicle body. Thus, the tray body 27 is received in the opening 21. A reinforcing member 33 is slid toward the front of the vehicle body while the ends of two insertion stays 37 of the reinforcing member 33 are inserted into the ends of the insertion holes 31a of the tray support parts 31 from the rear of the vehicle body, thereby inserting the insertion stays 37 into the insertion holes 31a of the tray support parts 31 from the rear of the vehicle body.
